This vehicle is designed to tow railway vehicles (Motor Car) from the railway vehicle base. A traction device can be attached to this vechicle to tow railway vehicles and is designed for ground and track use.

This is a hydraulic self-derailing device that can perform emergency restoration in case of derailment of a car. It is attached to the front side of front/rear bumper to allow easy operation. Top/bottom and left/right movements are allowed, and its structure prevents the device from being damaged in case of derailment.
